Greetings from TSI,

TS International is currently recruiting for a position of Demand Creation Agent (Call Center)- 6 Months Contract for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

Position Title : Demand Creation Agent (Call Center)

Salary – 5000 per month for first 6 months and later salary will be changed to AED. 6000 per month

Languages Requirement : Arabic and English Fluency

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as Call Center operator taking calls from/making calls to building owners, maintenance companies and field service teams as per SOP.
  • Professionally deal with customer enquiries, issues and complaints in a cheerful, courteous, and professional way.
  • Gather and provide data input into the Client’s CRM system.
  • Effectively understand the CRM software user guide and SOP process for all different events, and effectively execute them.
  • Monitor and help improve operations, including telephone handling at an individual level.
  • Effectively communicate performance problems, issues and associated risks; solve problems quickly; document common problems and maintain a shift issues log if needed; and manage work efficiently in collaboration with superior and colleagues.
  • Escalate operational problems to next level, when appropriate, and follow-up to learn how problem was resolved.
  • Assist in Call Center reporting, as well as contribute in discussions and formulation of ideas to further improve/enhance Call Center’s efficiency.
  • Understand how customer satisfaction and productivity improvements are measured through Call Center operation and help ensure that they are being achieved.
  • Assist in the identification/training/coaching/mentoring/developing of new Call Center staff.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company’s information security policy as well as best practices in cyber security for a SMACS organization ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information at Client’s office. 

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft Application knowledge, ICDL
  • Experience in Call Center operation
