Job Opportunity -ARC Agent

TS International is currently recruiting for a position of ARC Agent for our client based in Abu Dhabi.

Languages: English and Arabic speaking – MANDATORY. If candidate knows Hindi as well, its an added advantage.

Salary – 6000 AED, Please apply only if agree for the salary.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

•           Responsible for ARC alarm monitoring and operations, specifically by verifying alarms coming to ARC through a defined process and procedures and ensuring that information is passed on to UAE Civil Defence and other emergency services when required.

•           Understand and adhere to the Company’s information security policy as well as best practices in cyber security for a SMACS organization ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information at Hassantuk. 

Technical Requirements:

•           Operator training, central station certification or equivalent training is a plus

•           Experience in ARC operation or similar capacity

•           Preferably male as there is a requirement to work on night shifts

•           Resource should be both English and Arabic speaking – MANDATORY
