Escalating Problems to the 2nd level of support using UOC escalatio processes. Able to coordinate between different parties. Follow up with internal department and external stakeholders. Working in shifts module. Able to quickly identify problems and make appropriate decisions. Show a high level of professionalism in handling urgent complains. Flexible to troubleshoot potential challenges. Monitoring UOC screens and dashboards. Meet commitments and deadline. Maintain confidentiality. Able to work under pressure. Prepare reports. Requirements: Computer skills: Intermediate Usage of MS office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint outlook). Internet-Intranet Navigation. - Basic Usage of GIS. Language: - Arabic: advance skills in writing, reading and conversation. English: intermediate skills in writing, reading and conversation.
